1. What comes in the TEA PRAY LOVE box?
Each box is a surprise, but what we can tell you is that it will contain artisan loose leaf tea, and depending on the type of box you order, cruelty-free skin care products, a mindful book or journal, and many other self-care goodies.
2. Do you allow gift orders?
Yes, we do. Just select that option under the product!
3. What subscriptions do you offer?
We offer bi-monthly, 6-month, and annual renewals all at increasingly discounted prices.
4. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, the cancellation applies to future charges and not previous ones.
5. Can I change my subscription?
Yes, you can. You can do so by signing into your account (see "Manage Your Subscription" at the footer) or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
6. When will my box ship?
January, March, May, July, September, and November are box months. Orders placed by the 1st of the box month will ship by the 15th of that month. Orders placed after the 1st of the box month will ship by the 15th of the next box month. (In rare cases, we may ship your box earlier if you miss the box month deadline.)
7. When does my subscription renew?
Subscriptions automatically renew on the 1st of the box month.
